Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, high-energy individual to join our team as a part-time Guest Relations Coordinator. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all guests and team members. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a professional, people-focused setting.
This position is part-time, two days per week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Exact days are open for discussion, offering flexibility to fit your schedule. Best of all—no weekends, holidays, or evening hours are required!
Primary responsibilities include answering and directing front desk calls, greeting visitors, assisting with inquiries, and supporting various team and facility projects. You’ll be a key contributor to our positive workplace culture and help ensure every guest interaction is smooth, helpful, and memorable.
Requirements:
Prior experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required
